The master bedroom has a queen bed, a smart TV, and its own waterfront view; the second bedroom offers a full bed with a trundle for extra sleeping, plus a queen air mattress available on request. The open-plan living room has vaulted ceilings, an electric fireplace, a smart TV, and a DVD player with family games, and the kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking — Keurig and drip coffee, a full range of cookware, a popcorn maker, blender, toaster, and tea kettle, and a dining table for family meals. Outside, unwind on the covered deck, relax in the hammock, or gather around the fire pit's Adirondack chairs with a water view. A gas grill, a picnic table in the yard, and driveway parking for two vehicles (plus an EV charger) round out the outdoor space. You'll have access to the entire home, aside from the garage and owner's closets. Check-in is self-service with keyless entry available any time between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM, and the property is monitored by 5 exterior security cameras (outward-facing only). We're pet-friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs on a leash ($100 pet fee applies) — just let us know before you arrive. Please note: the cottage has sweeping river views but does not have a private beach, dock, or pier. Nearby launches and beaches — including the Great Mills Canoe and Kayak Launch and Leonardtown Wharf Park — are just a short drive away. Minutes from Leonardtown's wharf, restaurants, and St. Mary's College, and within easy reach of NAS Patuxent River — your home base for exploring the area.
